Two black men, aged 51 and 61, have been arrested in Koster for allegedly raping a 10-year-old relative, North West police confirmed on Sunday.
“The incident happened between 3 and 20 June 2014, at Senthumule, Koster,” said Colonel Sabata Mokgwabone.
“The child’s guardian became concerned when she realised that the child was not walking properly. The child was taken to the hospital where it was discovered that she was raped.”
The child informed the guardian that she had been raped by her two relatives.
They were arrested on Saturday and were expected to appear in the Koster Magistrate’s Court on Monday, Mokgwabone said.
